regain lost ground. The denominazione ‘Classico’ has helped focus the mind on
the most serious zone but more attention needs to be paid to the racy,
high-toned gems sourced from elevated, stony vineyards surrounding the villages
of Panzano, Greve and as here, Castellina. Chianti Classico, 'Rubiolo'is
blessed with a beautifully rose & raspberry scented perfume, while the
palate is very fine & racy, with delicious summer red berry fruit & an
