Lisini
The Lisini Estate has been in the hands of the Clementi-Lisini family since Renaissance times. Its 10 hectares of vines are very well situated 400 metres above sea level, south of Montalcino, around the tiny village of Sant`Angelo. This is the most beautiful part of the region and the wines reflect their stunning origins.
Guru oenologist Franc Bernabei has brought this property into the top ranks of Brunello producers - the wines are rich, full bodied, superbly textured and marvellously harmonious.

Benchmark, traditional, & good value Brunello from the ever consistent Lisini, built on the back of a famous vintage: full of forest floor notes & brambly spicy, chicory notes. Still a 'bambino' this wine will age for another 10 years at least; best drunk from 2012. One ... MORE Drink 2012-2019 . The Wine Advocate Score: 93/100 Wine Spectator Score: 94/100 | ||||
