Christmas Delivery, Terms & Conditions
To guarantee delivery in the UK by Christmas, orders must be received before midnight on Tuesday 20th December*.
All 2011 Christmas Gift Parcels are eligible for free delivery throughout the UK. This includes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight and The Scilly Isles, however please note that Next Day and Saturday delivery services are not available in these areas, nor is the ability to specify a delivery date.
We are also delighted to offer a chargeable Overseas Delivery Service (which is not available for gift sets containing food). Unfortunately we are unable to ship whiskies to the U.S.A. The last order date for Christmas delivery is midnight on Tuesday 20th December 2011. All orders placed for delivery before 10th December will be entered into a prize draw to win a Best of British Hamper. One entry per order placed before this date, available to be sent to UK addresses only. This prize is not refundable and cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash. Orders will be delivered free of charge throughout the UK. This includes the Scottish Highlands, Northern
Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles. - However please note that Next Day and Saturday delivery services are not available in Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles, nor is the ability to specify a delivery date.
- We cannot deliver to addresses without postcodes. Postcodes must be included with every delivery address.
- Inaccurate postcodes may delay delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses. Please include a daytime telephone number for the recipients of your gifts.
Deliveries of less than £100 per delivery address will be accepted only for our range of pre-selected Berrys’ Christmas Gift Parcels. Please note that we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of orders that have not been completed due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Collection
You may collect parcels from our London or Basingstoke shops until 12pm Saturday 24th December.
Christmas Delivery Dates
To guarantee delivery in the UK by Christmas, orders must be received before midnight on Tuesday 20th December*.
- Whilst not guaranteed, orders will still be accepted after this date and every effort will be made to deliver prior to Christmas.
- Customers are advised to place their orders by phone to receive the latest delivery information.
- Parcels indicated on the order form for Christmas delivery will be despatched from Thursday 1st December**
- During this busy period we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times and are not able to advise recipients of impending deliveries.
- It is therefore very important to complete the Special Delivery Instruction Box (e.g. If not in please leave with neighbour at Number 43/in garden shed…..) and to provide a contact number at the delivery address.
*Guaranteed delivery dates may be earlier for parcels being delivered to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles and some areas of Scotland.

All orders for Food Hampers must be received by midnight on Tuesday 20th December*. Please ensure recipients are aware that their gifts will be arriving or advise a neighbour with whom the packs can be left. Please indicate any instructions/requests in the Special Delivery Instruction Box.
- We regret that we are not able to send any parcels containing foodstuffs outside the UK.
*Guaranteed delivery dates may be earlier for parcels being delivered to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles and some areas of Scotland.
Overseas Delivery
- Orders for Non-EU Delivery must be made by midday on Thursday 8th December
- Orders for EU Delivery must be made by midday on Thursday 15th December
We deliver worldwide using a network of experienced wine shippers and couriers, subject to individual country’s rules on the importation of alcohol. Export orders are subject to a minimum value of £100 (excluding delivery charges) per delivery address.
- Overseas orders may be liable to import taxes in the destination country, which the recipient shall be liable for unless paid in advance at time of placing the order. Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to customs clearance which is outside our control. We accept no liability for delays caused by customs authorities.
- All overseas orders are packed in polystyrene export cartons for safe transit; if you also require us to send Berrys’ Gift Packaging with your order please notify us when placing your order.
- We regret that we are not able to send any parcels containing foodstuffs outside the UK.

Corporate Orders
- For multi-delivery corporate orders where parcels are to arrive at a business address by Friday 16th December, orders must be received by 6pm on Friday 9th December.
- For multi-delivery corporate orders to arrive by Christmas the orders must be received by midday on Friday 16th December.

Law
All contracts made in pursuance of these Terms and Conditions are made under English Law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Substitutions and Pricing
- All items shown in the catalogue are offered subject to stocks remaining unsold.
- To avoid delay in the processing of your order, Berry Bros. & Rudd reserves the right to substitute wines of a similar value should an ‘out of stock’ situation arise.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT and packaging.
Berrys' Gift Packaging
- The Berrys’ Gift Packaging range includes our navy and white boxes made from superior quality card, stained pine boxes with traditional rope handles and wicker baskets. The gifts are presented as indicated beneath their respective descriptions.
- All purchases of wines and spirits and other goods and services from Berry Bros. & Rudd are subject to Berry Bros. & Rudd’s standard terms of sale in addition to the terms stated above or in this brochure.
- You may have a right to cancel any order. Please refer to the standard terms and conditions for further details.
- We regret that we are unable to accept customers’ own Christmas cards to be sent in. If you would like to send greetings with your parcel, your message will be printed on a Berry Bros. & Rudd Christmas card and despatched with your gift
