Decanters
Pouring a wine in a decanter allows oxygenation, and "wakes up"
the wine, so that it unfolds its full personality and flavour.
Decanting "opens up" a young or tannic wine to release its
aromas, while in the case of older vintages, it enables the separation of
the liquid from the sediment.
Decanting also presents the wine in a glass in all its glory, highlighting its
colour nuances.
Berry Bros and Rudd offer a range of decanters to enhance your enjoyment of
wine.
