Wine Order Collections
You can collect your wine order from our London or Basingstoke shop. Please
allow at least 2 working days for us to process your order - we highly
recommend telephoning before you make your journey to check that your order
is ready.
Please note that collections by third party carriers for orders of £500
or more (when payment has been taken by credit card) are not permitted.
A third party carrier is defined as any collection method organised by the
customer, rather than BB&R and therefore includes taxis, chauffeurs/
drivers, and any individual who is not the customer.
