This cellar was started in January 2006 and has an average case price of £300. It offers a nice spread of wines, both for special occasions, like the Bordeaux Second Growths and Premier Cru Burgundies, and also for everyday drinking. Some of the wines are approaching maturity and are beginning to provide some delicious drinking, but most need a while longer before they will reach their best.

This cellar was started in January 2002 and has an average case price of £550. Taking the longer term view, it now provides both sublime drinking and an investment opportunity. It also demonstrates how certain wines are in such limited supply that the only way to secure them is upon release as often they do not come onto the secondary market.
