Purchasing Arrangements:

Because you are an investor selections will be made on your behalf by BBR
BBR Choose	Berry Bros. & Rudd will advise you of purchases made under this plan but your consent is NOT required before any wines are ordered.
You Choose	Berry Bros. & Rudd will involve you in the choice of wines for your cellar and your consent MUST be given before any wines are ordered.
