"Lynch Bages 2006 is the best young Lynch I have ever tasted and I'm certain this will go down in this great Chateaux's history, as one of their finest ever. Its a true marvel; Dark viscous purple/black in colour with an elating nose of vibrant blackcurrants and vanilla/double cream.On the palate it has the texture and weight of olive oil,so hedonistically concentrated but with such rich ripe black fruits it takes your breath away. The core and finish is so cool,defined and sumptuous that I really cant find a single quality it lacks. A staggering bottle of wine that will probably be like an 1982 ie delicious all through its life."
