How to sell your wines on BBX

Step 2 Free Registration

Registration is one-click process; it involves setting up your preferred payment method when your wines are sold (Credit my Berrys' account or Pay into my UK bank account)

• After you have submitted your preferred payment we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address registered against your account. 
• To complete the registration process you will need to click on the verification link within this e-mail.

Step 3 - Go to Your Cellared Wines to start selling on BBX

• Click on Your Cellared Wines link in your account area to view the list of your wines that can be placed for sale on BBX. 
• Please note that En Primeur wines (i.e. wines that have not yet arrived in Berrys' warehouse) do not qualify for sale on BBX

You can view the valuation information of your wines by clicking on the valuation link 
or you can click on the  next to the wine name to proceed to the next step.

Valuation information

The valuation guide is only available for customers’ wines stored with Berrys. Some wines may not have valuation information available (read more in the Valuations FAQs)

Step 4 Click List on BBX button next to wine name

• Select the number of cases you want to sell
• Set an asking price per case

• Simply fill in the respective fields in the "Sell" section. 
• Confirm your account password, and tick to accept the terms & conditions before clicking on    to submit the wine for listing on BBX.

How to edit the selling quantities / price of one of your wines on sale on BBX 

  Cellared : Indicates the quantity of the particular wine stored in your account (that you might have purchased at different price points).

 Selling : quantity already placed on sale. 

Tick the box  "Remove all from sale"  to withdraw the entire quantity from sale. Enter your password and click on  .

 Pending : Quantity that has been part of one or more BBX orders that have been received and are awaiting processing.

 Edit: Enter the revised quanitites and/or price for the wine you are already selling. Enter your password and click on the "Confirm" button.
