Step 1 - Account Log In
You can log in from the home page "Log in" box or from your Account page |

Step 2 - Free Registration as a BBX Seller
You need to have placed at least one order with BB&R before or have wines cellared with BB&R to be able to register.
Registration is a one-click process; it involves setting up your preferred payment method for when your wines are sold:

Credit my Berrys' account, or
-
Pay into my UK bank account

We willsend an e-mail to the e-mail address registered for your BB&R account upon submitting your registration.

To complete the registration process you will need to click on the verification link in this e-mail.

Step 3 - Go to "Your Cellared Wines" to start selling on BBX

Click on "Your Cellared Wines" link in your account area
-
Wines in your cellar that are eligible for selling on BBX display the "LIST ON BBX" button

Please note that the following wines do NOT qualify for listing on BBX :
-
En Primeur wines (i.e. not physically in stock in BB&R warehouse)
-
Duty Paid wines in your cellar
-
Split cases

Live Bids on Wines that you hold on your reserves: BBX Bids
The BBX BIDS icon indicates that a bid has placed on a wine that you hold in your reserves.
We display live bids on wines you hold in your reserves regardless of whether you've listed them for sale.
You need to have completed your BBX Seller registration to be able to accept offer bids on your cellared wines

Step 4 - Review your Wine Valuation information 
The valuation guide is only available for customers’ wines stored with BB&R.
Some wines may not have valuation information available (see Valuations FAQs)
You can review the available valuation information or click right away on the List on BBX to proceed to the next step

Step 5 - List Wine for Sale on BBX List on BBX
Filling in the respective areas in the Sell section you can:

Select the number of cases you want to sell

Set a price per case
In the Bidding section you can:
-
(optional) elect to receive email alerts when a BBX Bids is placed on this winel
-
(optional) elect to receive these alerts only above a certain bid amount per case

Enter your account password, and tick " I accept the terms & conditions" before clicking on Confirm to submit the wine for listing on BBX.
The wine will be instantaneously made available for sale and it can be found when searched and in the Buy Wines on BBX page.

How to Edit the selling quantities / price of your BBX listed wines
|
 |
|
Cellared : Indicates the quantity of the particular wine stored in your account (there will be different entiries if have purchased at different quantities at different price points).
Selling : quantity already placed on sale.
Tick the box "Remove all from sale" to withdraw the entire quantity from sale. Enter your password and click on Confirm .
Pending : Quantity in a BBX order that is currently awaiting processing by us.
Edit: Enter the revised quanitites and/or price for the wine you are already selling. Enter your password and click on the "Confirm" button.
Bidding: Tick to allow notifications by email when a bid is placed for this wine (you may also elect to receive the notifications above a specific price only)
BBX Bids tab: If there is a live bid on your wine, you can view it in the BBX Bids tab
You can also view the BBX Highest Live Bid and the BBX Lowest Listing Price for this wine

View Live BBX Bids on your Cellared Wines
IF there is a live bid on one of your wines in your cellar, you can review it in the BBX Bids tabs. You may
-
accept the bid (the sale will go though automatically -payment will follow in 10 working days)
-
elect to wait until the wine is sold at your asking price
You can accept the Bid, even if you have NOT listed the particular wine for sale .

You can also view and manage bids placed on wines in your Cellar on the BBX Bid Management page
which can be accessed via "your Account Page" (when there are live bids) or via the left navigation in "Your account" pages
