Berrys Big Red Nose Dinner - 16/01/2009


An extraordinary charity dinner will take place in the Napoleon Cellar, beneath Berrys’ London shop on 3, St James’s Street on Friday 13th March 2009. Bids are now being taken for the 55 spaces available. To place your bid and to learn more click here.

Berrys’ Big Red Nose Dinner will be hosted by Jancis Robinson MW, Simon Berry and Frederic Engérér of Ch. Latour. The delicious four-course menu prepared by Berrys’ brigade of in-house chefs will be expertly matched with nine vintages of Ch. Latour - 1991, 1983, 1981, 1978, 1975, 1973, 1971, 1967 and 1964. All wine are from double magnums or even larger formats

Wine Relief is the brainchild of internationally respected Master of Wine Jancis Robinson and her husband, restaurant critic, Nick Lander. They put their heads together to devise Wine Relief in 1999 which has fast become a key fundraiser for every Red Nose Day campaign since. Wine Relief has raised over £2.7 million as part of the Red Nose Day campaigns.
