A beautifully warm, dry summer enabled Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray to start picking their 2015 vintage exceptionally early. They have skilfully maintained a fresh approach to the fruit which is full, vibrant and exciting this year. With white peach and summer flower notes, this classical White Burgundy is a delight to drink on its own or with a wide range of poultry, fish or lighter meat dishes. Jasper Morris M.W. - Wine Buyer

A blend of Grenache and Cinsault, direct pressed and fermented at relatively low temperatures, this is an archetype Provence Rosé, a category which is getting more and more popular and in which the spectrum of quality is ever-widening. Mascaronne is right at the top of the pile, quite literally, its stony, photogenic vineyards carved out of the rocks, its fruit cultivated organically and at low yields. The soft-pink nacreous colouring is matched by a nose of wild berries, white peach and , appropriately enough, Provencal herbs. The palate packs a punch , a cornucopia of spice, ripe yet zesty fruit and latent power, gastronomic in potential , yet supple and generous to boot; a most indulgent al fresco aperitif, the pines and olive trees whispering in secret harmony behind the shady terrace. 2015 was an outstanding vintage down here… Simon Field MW - Wine Buyer

Since its first vintage in 2002, “EOC”, as it is known, has become one of our best-selling wines. The fruit for this Claret comes from a beautiful Graves estate belonging to the JM Cazes family, one of the great names in Bordeaux. Merlot dominates the nose, with heady, cherry-laden fruit and sweet, dark chocolate aromas. Cabernet comes through more on the palate, with blackcurrant and cedar wood much more to the fore. There is structure and weight here, but all wrapped in a very drinkable, traditional style. Drink now, with roast lamb, beef and mature hard cheeses.
