Bodegas Vides

Bodega Vides was founded by Don Tomas Domecq Rivero in 1958 and is today run by his grandson, Don Fernando Leon Manjon Domecq.

The firm has cellars and offices in the old Santiago quarter of Jerez de la Frontera, as well as additional cellars at their single vineyard,"Esparta", in the Carrascal district. This district, just north of Jerez, is famous for its Palo Cortado wine produced from the Palomino grape. The soil is Albrazia and Vides produce superb Palo Cortado and Olorosos from it. These are dry, rich, concentrated and stylish wines that have elegance, finesse and wonderful length.
