Ch. Plantey Canteloup
Ch. Plantey Canteloup Rosé is made by the Grandeau family from grapes
grown in vineyards in Bordeaux on
the right bank of the Garonne river. As well as the vineyards, the Grandeau
family also own about 50 hectares of various other properties which include Ch.
Lauduc, the family home.
Winemaker Hervé Grandeau macerates the grapes for 72 hours and then
employs a traditional vinification process in temperature-controlled, stainless
steel tanks to make this modern rosé from 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.
