Domaine Belot
Domaine Belot is located just outside the fashionable appellation of St Chinian in Languedoc, just to
the north of the main road from Narbonne to Béziers.
They make both varietal Vin De Pays, of which this is the best example, and AOC wines all of which capture the aromatic essence of top quality St Chinian. The wine-making is relatively modern with an emphasis on capturing the quality of the fruit, its ripeness, purity and expressive energy.
