Coume del Mas is located on high terraced vineyards overlooking the sea, its littoral vantage point not dissimilar to that of the famous author Patrick O'Brian who retired here to write his wonderful Aubery-Maturin novels. This part of Roussillon is by turns rugged and romantic; and Philippe and Nathalie Gard capture the Mediterranean magic in a family of wines that are now seen amongst the very best in the region.
