Domaine de Grangeneuve
Domaine de Grangeneuve
was established in 1964 by Odette and Henri Bour, this domaine is
spread over 65 hectares of some of the best vineyard sites in the
Tricastin appellation. The soils are a mixture of pebbles, chalk and
clay and the vines, many of which are 25 years old, benefit from the
south-facing aspect. The plantings are divided as follows: 50% Grenache,
25% Syrah and
10% Cinsault, with the remaining 15% made up of newly planted white varieties -
Viognier,
Marsanne,
Rousanne and White Grenache. These wines have superb balance, fine structure
and top-quality fruit. They offer superb value for money.
