Domaine L'Orangerie

Domaine De L'Orangerie is located near Carcassone in the south of France on the southern edge of the Massif Central mountain range. It is owned by Vignobles Logreril, which is now run by Comte Nicolas de Lorgeril.

The grapes are grown on soils rich in clay and limestone and are harvested at optimum ripeness. The Chardonnay grapes are then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 3 weeks. 10% of the wine is then matured in new oak barrels.
