Otard
Otard is one of Cognac's most famous names, thanks to the part-ownership of the Château de Cognac, the town's famous historic monument.
Otard Cognac do not own any vineyards instead choosing to buy their grapes from some of the region's best growers. The brandy is distilled in near perfect conditions within the Château de Cognac where it undergoes a slow maturation until it mellows.
