Domaine Pascal Prunier
Auxey-Duresses lies due west of Meursault and is fast developing a reputation for producing premium White Burgundy at more attractive prices than its famous neighbours.
Pascal Prunier has 4.5 hectares of vines and consistently makes the finest wine in the village. Forty-year-old vines, low yields and a combination of fermentation in foudre and cask (25% new) produce wines packed with rich, buttery fruit and fine mineral acidity.
