Domaine chez Maillard is a Cognac house. Francis Abécassis has owned this estate for the last five years, producing quality Fin Bois Cognacs. He has modernised the fermenting tanks and employed an award winning distiller to supervise the process from start to finish. The entire estate and its vineyards have been renovated.

The chalky soil and plentiful sun makes perfect growing conditions for the vines. Father and daughter manage the house, and proudly make exclusive single estate cognac, which is grown, distilled, aged, blended and bottled at Chez Maillard. The brands include Cognac Leyrat, Cognac Reviseur and ABK6.
