Valentin Bianchi
Bodega Valentin Bianchi is one of the most renowned wineries in Argentina.
It was established by Don Valentin Bianchi in 1928 and today is still family owned. It owns over 400 hectares of vineyards located in the San Rafael Valley, south of the famous Mendoza region. Its best wines come from the 140-hectare Don Elsa vineyard located at Rama Caida in San Rafael. It benefits from its relatively high altitude (750 metres above sea level) and is consequently one of the coolest sites in San Rafael.
Winemakers Enzo Arnaldo Bianchi and Californian-born Robert Pepi produce a range of immaculately crafted wines that rank with the very best in Argentina today.
