Azienda Agricole Boscarelli
Ipolito and Paolo Ferrari bought this 18-hectare estate back in 1962, with the intention of restoring the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano wine to its former glory. Today the wine is made by their son Luca, with the assistance of cult oenologist Maurizio Castelli.
There are 13.5 hectares of vines situated on the south-facing slopes of the famous Cervognano hill. These are stylish and exquisitely well-balanced, fruit-driven wines, and are arguably the best in Montepulciano today.
