Bodegas Hermanos Perez Pasquas
Bodegas Hermanos Pérez Pasquas was established in 1980 by Benjamin Pérez. Its 60 hectares of vineyards are located around the village of Pedrosa in Ribera del Duero. Today it is run by Benjamin's son, José Manuel Pérez. José Manuel is a trained oenologist and is a perfectionist in every aspect of his winemaking and this attention to detail shows in the wines.
The Crianza is produced from 100% Tinto Fino and is matured in a combination of French and American oak barrels for 18 months and then a further 12 months in bottle before being released. The Reserva is usually a blend of 90% Tinto Fino and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon - it is matured in oak for 2 years and then in bottle for a further 18 months.
