Heidsieck & Co.

Heidsieck & Co used to be part of the Seagram empire before being sold to Belgium entrepreneur Paul Francois Vranken in 1996. It produces consistently good non-vintage Champagnes but is best known for its flagship luxury cuvee Diamant Bleu. This is a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 36% Pinot Noir and is a creamy, rich and toasty Champagne and one that ages very well. It is only ever produced in great years.
