Simon Hackett owns neither vineyards nor winery but still manages to produce some of the most reliable wines to come out of South Australia. Simon purchases grapes, giving him total control over the quality of the fruit, and then sets about making the wines at various establishments willing to lease him their equipment.

The results speak for themselves, in a solid range of wines showing true varietal flavours and great value for money.
