Chateau Maris

Chateau Maris is situated in the high altitude vineyards of the finest wine producing area of Minervois, La Liviniere. Owned by Robert Eden, son of the British Priminister, Chateau Maris is one of the rising stars of the new appellation of La Liviniere.

Since 1997 the vineyards at Chateau Maris have been progressively converted to the biodynamic method. Eden follows the annual biodynamic sowing calendar, where harvesting and planting are dictated by the rhythms of the sun, moon, planets and stars.
