Situated south of Rome, Campania rests along the picturesque western coastline surrounding Naples. Fabrizio Thomas is a true Neapolitan, who was introduced to winemaking during an extended stay in the celebrated winemaking region of Tuscany. Whilst exploring the area, he became close friends with renowned oenologists Fabrizio Castelli, Giovanna Morganri and Stefano Borsa.

All these producers share a similar philosophy of minimum intervention both in the vineyard and winery. They avoid using any cultured yeasts and intervene only when essential to the survival of the vines or intrinsic quality in the winery. Fabrizio has mastered the delicious Fiano grape, native to this region as well as producing stunning wines from the indigenous Aglianico grape.
