Domaine Les Chenets

Etienne Berthoin is the owner/winemaker of this family wine domaine in Rhône. For many years the family sold grapes to the local co-op and to top négoces like Guigal and Jaboulet, but in 1993 they decided to start vinifying their own grapes.

They have now expanded so that they produce the wines from all 12 hectares of the domaine. They have invested steadily in barriques for the élevage and now feel happy with the proportion of new oak. The result is an extremely impressive wine.
