Made especially for us by Quintay, in the premium cool climate region of
Casablanca Valley, this is a paradigm of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced from
Vineyards in High, Low and Central Casablanca, this is an outstanding wine with
plenty of zip and energy, wonderful aromatics and a real presence in the mouth,
ripe tropical notes and a refreshing finish. Extra lees ageing has added subtle
weight, making this not only the perfect aperitif but also a very fine partner
for a variety of light dishes.
