1980 Graham has a gloriously rich and decadent nose, surprisingly so for a generally quite reserved vintage. Gum cistus, liqueur de cassis , laurel and hints of tar.......promising indeed, then a promise fulfilled with a palate which, although fully mature, has generous sweetness, vestigial tannin and a powerful finish.
