Great claret cost an arm and a leg. Yet even modest vintages, such as this 2002
from a grand Pauillac property, deliver awesome flavours. You could happily
enjoy this magnificent, ripe, sturdy, smoky claret at the eight-year milestone
with roasted red meats and milder game dishes, or your could put it away for
another 7 years or so for more mature, cedary red bodreaux scents to
develop.

Super aromas of currants, berries and minerals, with hints of flowers.
Full-bodied, with a lovely core of fine tannins and a medium to long finish.
Very fine indeed. Alfred Tesseron is making excellent wine close to every year
now.
