A very elegant wine which has a lovely delicate touch. A delicious, nutty
crème brûlée and honey character is balanced by exacting
acidity. This would be lovely with light fruit desserts.
(Simon Staples, BBR Sales & Marketing Director)
Bright lemon and mineral, with hints of spice. Medium- to full-bodied, medium-sweet, with very lively acidity and a botrytis, spice aftertaste. Yummy.
