1997 Bollinger, Grande Année
|
|
Pinot Noir dominates the blend as sunshine dominated the year. Savoury, with
hints of brioche and ripe white fruits, a relatively early maturing Bollinger,
which is very good news for the legions of Bollinger fans who may wish to wait
a little longer before attacking the 96s.
