2003 Berrys' Vintage Port
(code: 57338B)
The talents of winemaker Jorge Moreira have transformed the wines at Quinta De
La Rosa. The beauty of this wine, especially crafted for us, lies in the fact
that the feminine charm and attractive aromatics, always evident at La Rosa,
have been retained, but afforded extra structural dimension and concentration.
The evocatively named Vale do Inferno vineyard has yielded complex berry fruit,
impressively firm tannin and an attractively fresh finish to belie the hellish
heat of the vintage.
