Knob Creek
Knob Creek is named after Abraham Lincoln's boyhood home in Kentucky. Created to represent whiskey before it was mass produced, Knob Creek tries to emulate the style of pre-prohibition bourbon.
Knob Creek is bottled at 50% abv and aged for nine years in wood, giving it the distinction of being aged the longest of the Small Batch Bourbons. This extra aging allows it to absorb more of the sugar in the wood, giving it a slightly sweeter taste and nose. Deep nutty aromas as well as grain, honey, and peaches. On the palate rich, textured and sweet.
