The Hirtzberger style is more flamboyant and richer than that of Prager.
Between them they make the best wines in Austria. The Singerriedel Vineyard
always produces a wine of definition, drama and power; it would more than hold
its own with Thai cuisine. This is an extraordinary wine with aromas of
tobacco-spice, peach and elder flower. The lush mineral and peach flavours
unfold through an oily texture leading onto a fantastically long finish.
