Remy Martin, VSOP Cognac

Rémy Martin VSOP is a blend of eaux-de-vie from the best Cognac terroir , Grande Champagne (55%) and Petite Champagne (45%). Remy distillation stills are smaller than the typical Cognac pot still, producing richer, rounder, flavoursome spirit. The character of this Cognac is redolent of liquorice & ripe summer fruits, especially apricots and peaches , overlaid with wild flowers & violets notes.
