This estate is a terrific new discovery for us. A blend of 88% Merlot and 12%
Cabernet Sauvignon from 20-year-old vines, this biodynamic beauty is rich,
elegant and voluptuous.Brimming with ripe redcurrants and black cherries with a
hint of tar, this has a sophisticated, silky texture and a very fine length.

This lower pedigree wine represents undeniable quality/value rapport in 2005.
This vintage is so deep in quality among the better run, less heralded estates,
that these wines should appeal to those looking for terrific values from
Bordeaux. Most of these wines are Merlot-based and will be drinkable young.
