Another great effort from the House of Jean-Pierre Moueix the proprietors of Chateau Petrus. Deep plummy purple in colour with intense Jam, raspberries, toasty oak, cinnamon & cedar notes on the nose. Black fruit, red cherries, with spice, liquorice and good balance of acidity, dry tannins and fruit on the palate with a gorgeous velvety texture, Excellent length on the finish. Wonderful richness & class. Drink 2010-2025.
