An unusual blend, but managed extremely successfully; the wine has a lot of
personality, rather like the winemaker! The nose is both floral and fruity,
with hints of guava and spice evidenced. The palate is both lively and
textured, with notes of vanillin, white peach, honey and lemon grass all
harmoniously entwined. Fresh and long on the finish, this would be a great
match for Dover Sole, monkfish or even turbot.
