"Fred Bourillon continues to deliver. This is reassuringly ripe but also
restrained on the nose, with a nice lift of lanolin & stone-fruit aromas.
The white peachy palate is fleshy, succulent almost thanks to a hot July, while
the fine structure & minerally dryness would make it a fine match for
veal." (David Berry Green, BBR Buyer)
