Located just off the Washington's Yakima Valley at 360 metres above sea level
on silty loam, this eleven year old vineyard has produced a medium-term
drinking blend of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc and 28% Merlot.
Spritely perfumed flora and fauna notes delight the nose while the palate
revels in a fine cassis, satin weave and sumptuous berry underbelly; aged for
21 months in 35% new french oak. No hurry but catch it over the next 8
yrs...perfect with fowl. (David Berry Green, BBR Buyer)
