Cuvee 732 Champagne Jacquesson
(code: 67110M)
Made from 39% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 36% Pinot Meunier, the 732 comes
predominantly from the extensive but high quality 2004 vintage (21% of older
Reserve wines added). After the rococco extravagance of the 2003-based 731,
this is a more classic Jacquesson, its 3.5 g dosage providing a mineral
foundation to the fine palate of crushed chalk, white peach and soft honey. A
fine mousse and powerful finish complete a very harmonious picture; a wine that
will open up over the next couple of years.
