In contrast to Vaudésir, Les Preuses is more subtle initially but then builds in the mouth. Smooth and elegant, rather than full of muscle, and not yet as aromatic as it will undoubtedly become, Les Preuses deserves patience, so ideally you should drink this in 2012, or later, to appreciate it in all its glory.
