From three separate plots of vines within Morgeot, this wine has been aged with
25% new wood. Though relatively pale in colour, as Caroline LEstimé prefers
not to overextract her red Chassagnes, this has a lovely red fruit perfume, a
medium-bodied palate and a well balanced finish without astringent tannins.
