"Aged traditionally for over seven years by the Canteiro method this wine has
19 degrees of alcohol and 88 grams of sugar and is pretty close to a perfect
Bual. Aromatics which have been compared to manchego cheese and Oxford
marmalade amongst other things, and then a beautifully structured palate,
lifted but not volatile, rich but not cloying. Will work well with many things;
what about tarte tatin or mature cheddar cheese?"
