A joint venture between the Bergqvists and their winemaker at La Rosa, Jorge
Moreira. Passagem refers to an old railway crossing, also, metaphorically to a
crossing of cultures (English and Portuguese) and a synergy between the maker
and the market. Young Touriga Nacional vines located in the new vineyard of
Bandeiras,which, despite their youth, have yielded a ripe and balanced wine,
its tannins informed by fruit, its structure already harmonious. (Simon
