pure 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo single varietal, single estate wine
from prized limestone-based Monte Conero vineyards & an excellent vintage,
where velvety red/black cherry stone fruit recline on a fresh, finely-poised
minerally bed; not dissimilar to top St.Emilion in fact, as combines low
tannins, suave fleshy fruit with dry-stone minerality. All wrapped up in 100%
new french oak. Excellent with a superior Lasagna. Bravo Antonio, Johanna has
never looked so exquisite!"
