Four Roses Single Barrel
The nose is fittingly delicate and floral.with a lovely malt-rye interplay, the palate is much denser, in fact surprisingly heavy. Roasty, burnt raisins a hint of coffee and burnt fudge. Unbelievably chewy. The finish is more of the same, though the fade out is slow and tantalising. Unquestionably the best bottles sample from this distillery I've tasted yet.

Complex, full bodied and surprisingly smooth with a delicate long finish that’s unbelievably mellow. Contains hints of ripe plum and cherry tastes with fruity, spicy aromas including maple syrup and cocoa. Drink straight up or on the rocks.
